The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Polanco, within walking distance to the park and Museo de Antropologia. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, but soundproofing could be improved. The service is friendly and accommodating, though some issues with unhelpful staff and exchange rates were noted. The dining options are good, but could have a bit more variety. Overall, a centrally located hotel with some room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel had decently sized rooms, well-designed for comfort, but lacked soundproofing, offering views only to an inner light shaft. The location was in a safe, posh area with some vibrant spots nearby, though a bit dull overall. The service was truly professional and accommodating. The dining could use more variety and quality, starting early with an outstanding experience. It was excellent overall in value for the price paid.
The rooms were a bit dark and not overly hygienic, especially without a window, but they were decently sized and well-designed for a comfortable stay, although the ambiance felt a little bleak for the price. The service was attentive and friendly, catering to my needs including a request for fresh fruit. The location was central with easy access to nightlife and attractions, but the neighborhood itself lacked vibrancy. The dining experience was good but limited, offering mainly fruit, bread, coffee, and juice. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with some areas that could be improved.
